Your access to and use of the Warrior Web Works LLC is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. Down Payment
In order to begin work, a 50% down payment of the project is required.Remaining Payment
The rest of your payment will be due at the end of the designated design period that we agree on together.Hosting & Domains
Warrior Web Works LLC does NOT provide web hosting or domain registration; however, we can walk you through purchasing a domain and hosting plan. We personally recommend SiteGround for hosting solutions.
Content
You must provide most of the content necessary for website completion. This content includes, but is not limited to, logos, written statements, and photographs. We can wordsmith some content and can provide some stock photos, but your sites will attract more customers with original content and photos. If there is any delay in content being provided, there will automatically be a delay in project completion at no penalty to either Warrior Web Works LLC, or you, the client.Intellectual Property Rights
You are responsible for obtaining permission for all photographs, logos, and written material to use on your website. You agree to hold me harmless in the event of any legal action or claim regarding the content of your website.
Subcontracting
Warrior Web Works LLC reserves the right to subcontract any services necessary for project completion. For example: Good Oil Marketing – our trusted advisor for Google Business Profile Optimization & Ranking services.
SEO Services
Warrior Web Works LLC will follow all the SEO practices designed to get your website to rank on Google. If you purchased a monthly SEO service, we will constantly monitor your ranking and make adjustments where necessary. Please note; however, that we cannot guarantee that your website will rank in Google or any other searches. For SEO services we require a 6 month minimum contract since it can take that long to see results, but we recommend signing up for 1 year.
Maintenance Plan
With our maintenance plan, we offer unlimited content update and changes so long as the updates are considered minor (this would include, but is not limited to color changes, content changes and uploads provided by you). In the event that the changes exceed this, we will let you know and give you a cost estimate for the work required. We require a minimum of a 6 month contract for all maintenance plans.
Design Process
We begin with a free consultation where we will gather required information to complete your project. This will be things such as what you are hoping to achieve from your website, how many website pages you need, whether or not you have hosting, photographs etcetera. We will let you know what content we will need from you to complete your project as well as the project cost. After this meeting and with your approval, we will research competitors and send you ideas of the general theme and color scheme of your website. Once you agree to get started, we will require a 50% down payment before any work begins. We will communicate with you constantly throughout the design process and we welcome feedback and changes.
Once you are happy with the final project, we require the rest of the payment agreed upon in the consultation phase of the design process.Written Approvals
We require written approval from you via e-mail for both beginning the project as well as final approval.
